    With more than 25 years of experience in building surveying, James has developed an unparalleled understanding of insurance claims. His career has evolved from traditional surveying work across all property sectors to a specialized focus on high net worth residential properties, where his meticulous approach and deep technical knowledge have made him the surveyor of choice for discerning clients. James's particular expertise lies in insurance related fire and flood reinstatement works, where his ability to identify and assess complex claims has proven invaluable to clients and their insurers alike.

    George brings over 18 years of Building Surveying experience to F&C Associates, with extensive experience and expertise across Insurance claims.  In recent years George’s focus has primarily been in fire, escape of water and flood high net worth and major and complex losses across London and the Home Counties. 

    He acts as Contract Administrator and Co-ordinator for Insurance claims from date of loss through to policyholders reoccupation.
